Job Summary

Virtua, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine prognosis and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages, including children and adults.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a program accredited by ASHA.
  • Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
  • ASHA certification.
  • CPR certification.
