The stipend for part-time roles ranges from $15,000 to $30,000 per year, while full-time roles offer a stipend of up to $60,000 per year. Compensation packages are competitive and designed to attract top talent.


Job Description

We are recruiting early career professionals for our Rising and Emerging Practitioners Program (REP3), which provides training, mentorship, and paid opportunities to work on conflict management and public participation projects related to the Department of the Interior.

As an Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors, develop your skills, and build your professional network.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, designing, and implementing public participation meetings.
  • Attend program and project check-in meetings.
  • Complete notetaking, logistics, and planning tasks.
  • Coordinate environmental justice-related community engagement.
  • Plan and conduct engagement in an impartial manner.
