Financial Representative Development Expert

- Promotion opportunities: After successful completion of licensing and onboarding requirements, you can transition to a Financial Representative role with an annual base salary of $36,000 plus monthly sales incentive opportunities.

- Comprehensive benefits package: Enjoy access to a 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match, as well as regular associates' entitlements to 15 days of vacation each year, 11 paid holidays in 2024, and two floating holidays that can be used at your discretion.
- You will participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients, actively contributing to classroom discussion and progress evaluation meetings.
- You will demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test, showcasing your ability to effectively market Individual Insurance products to clients.
- You will cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners, acquiring an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and demonstrating expertise in their features and benefits.
- You will oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office, ensuring a seamless application and underwriting process.
- Ability to successfully achieve the criteria of the Trainee Program.
- Ability to pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job, with a maximum of 2 attempts at the Life and Health exam.
- Must pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, as the training program criteria requires Financial Representatives to obtain securities licensing within 24 months of entry into the program.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the work period, hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation to attend appointments and meetings.
