We are seeking a dedicated Life Skills Professional to join our team at Resources for Human Development. As a Life Skills Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness in our residential programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on support to clients in their daily lives, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and accomplishment.
- Advocate for the rights and dignity of every individual, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Support access to community resources, ensuring clients have the tools and connections they need to thrive.
- A competitive hourly rate of $16.50 to $17.50, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
