Ambulatory Clinic RN Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Nurse Supervisor to oversee the daily business of our clinic, supervising 31 FTEs and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction with a focus on PACT.

Schedule:

Full time, Days M-F, No Weekends, Holidays or On-Call

Position Overview:

As a preceptor and resource for the department, you will provide operational management of daily patient care services, assessing, monitoring, and evaluating systems for delivery of care. You will lead/participate in departmental performance improvement activities and integration of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational management of daily patient care services
  • Assist in the management of financial, capital, and human resources
  • Assess, monitor, and evaluate systems for delivery of care
  • Lead/participate in departmental performance improvement activities and integration of services

Requirements:

  • BSN required
  • Graduate of NLN approved nursing program
  • Five (5) years' as a registered nurse and two (2) years of management/supervisory experience required
