**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive growth and profitability, as well as overseeing all financial aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, with expertise in areas such as financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.

  • $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Managing the company's financial risk, including credit, interest rate, and currency risk.
  • Overseeing the company's tax planning and compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes.
  • Managing the company's treasury function, including cash management, investment, and capital market activities.
  • Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including developing financial models and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Overseeing the year-end close process and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements.
  • Leading and managing the company's merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Managing the company's accounts receivable function, including credit policy and collections.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience in managing credit, risk, tax, treasury, and accounts receivable functions.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in managing merger and acquisition activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in creating financial models and conducting financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
