The Role
We're seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team in Lake George, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all activities related to client engagement and associate development.
  • Drive financial objectives, client service, talent management, operational controls, asset protection, and safety.
  • Operate as the Manager on Duty in the absence of another Manager.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • 6 months specialty retail experience preferred.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Technology proficiency and strong business acumen.
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • English language proficiency; other languages desirable.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

Work Environment:
  • Moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequent computer use and occasional banking requirements.
  • Ability to adjust or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Retrieve merchandise displayed above shoulder level and replace lightbulbs using an 8-foot ladder.
  • Constant interaction with coworkers, clients, and the public.

Position Type: Regular/Part-time
Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
