As a System Gastronomy Specialist at ZephyrTech, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of end products in the kitchen area. This includes the preparation of dishes according to the system-specific product range, standard-compliant processing of the company's convenience products, and the application of the FiFo system.

In the inventory management area, you will be responsible for controlling inventory levels, order and delivery documents, and the storage of goods. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with minimum shelf life dates and checking the proper storage of products according to the company's storage regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in system gastronomy and good German language skills (Level B2 is mandatory). You will also need to have high quality standards, enjoy working in a team, and be able to keep an overview in challenging situations.

You will also need to be able to approach new tasks in a structured and energetic way, and have a cost-conscious approach to using materials and consumables.
