Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for DMC projects from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective project management.
  • Oversee the management of multiple projects, focusing on safety, quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to launch and plan projects efficiently.
  • Maintain strong client relations, handling correspondence, periodic reporting, and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Mentor and develop assistant project management personnel through hands-on training and guidance.
  • Ensure timely project closure and documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate daily communication and coordination with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams.
  • Manage project financials, including change management and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate logistics for job site installations and manage site facilities efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, with a quick adaptability to new technologies.

  • Ability to interpret construction documents and identify discrepancies.
