Job Summary: Butler Ag is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Intern. This role will provide support to our Warranty department, assisting with various tasks related to warranty coverage and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer accounting of warranty coverage billing and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Settle warranty credits received from vendors and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Register sold machines to vendors for warranty coverage and set up in our business system.
  • Provide support to Parts, Sales, and Service teams with warranty-related inquiries.
  • Assist with other key projects within the Warranty department, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and support the company's vision, mission, and values.

Requirements:

  • Candidates working towards a degree in Agricultural Business or a related field are preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential.
  • This role requires a minimum of 15-25 hours per week during the school year, with potential for 30-40 hours outside of the school year.
