Operating Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Memorial Same Day Surgery Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, where you will circulate in the Operating Room and work cooperatively with staff and physicians to perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Circulate in the Operating Room and assist with surgical procedures
  • Work collaboratively with staff and physicians to ensure smooth patient care
  • Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and best practices
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license to practice as a registered nurse
  • Basic cardiac life support, ACLS, and PALS certification
  • Strong background in ophthalmology, otolaryngology, general surgery, plastic surgery, and orthopedic OR nursing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
