  • Prioritize tenant repairs and community maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
  • Strong management and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Possession of a smartphone for communication and coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques relevant to the manufactured home industry.
  • Availability for weekend and after-hour emergency calls.
  • Must have personal tools and a truck for transportation.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with a mandatory lunch break.
