Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise the optical team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Collaborate with the club manager and regional optical manager to achieve business objectives and address operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Licensed optician with a strong understanding of optical products and business practices.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving results and improving team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, members, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
