Caregiver Specialist

Sunrise Senior Living, a leader in senior care for over 30 years, seeks a skilled Caregiver to provide high-quality care and services to our residents. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.
Job Overview
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through genuine empathy and understanding.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure tailored care and services for each resident.
- Collaborate with the community team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Respond to dining needs and promote Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted, may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 annually, depending on location, skills, and experience. Additionally, benefits include:

- Daily pay offered to get paid within hours of a shift (offered in the U.S. only).
