Job Summary

Weston Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead our engineering services for industrial facilities, with a focus on industrial wastewater management, conveyance, and industrial facility operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, chemical, civil, or environmental engineering, with 10-15 years of experience in project management, team leadership, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities will include executing projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining safety, quality, and risk management processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and leading teams of internal technical staff and sub-consultants to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, civil, or environmental engineering
  • 10-15 years of experience in project management, team leadership, and technical expertise
  • Active NCEES account and ability to obtain additional state licenses through reciprocity or within one year
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
