The Y of Central Maryland is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pool Safety Associate to join our team. As a Pool Safety Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members while they enjoy our swimming facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Complete Lifeguard Training and Certification: Successfully complete all required training and certifications to become a certified lifeguard.
- Assist with Pool Operations: Assist with the safety, cleanliness, and operation of the swimming pool during operating hours.
- Support Member Experience: Focus on providing quality experiences and engagement for our members, including supporting communication between associates and members/parents.
- Enforce Policies and Guidelines: Enforce Y of Central Maryland policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members.
- Coordinate Facility Usage: Effectively coordinate facility usage for assigned programs and activities.
