We are currently in search of a Client Relations Supervisor to enhance our operations in the hospitality staffing domain.
This position is pivotal in fulfilling our clients' staffing requirements within the hospitality sector. The individual will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through outstanding service and will oversee both client and candidate interactions. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding of employees, and addressing employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and implement the comprehensive HSS workforce solution.
- Formulate recruitment strategies and actively network to address current and future staffing needs; engage with partners as necessary; utilize community outreach for recruitment.
- Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met; conduct site visits as needed.
- Identify opportunities for new business within existing client properties.
- Monitor and document open and filled positions on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with clients to provide training for candidates lacking necessary experience.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires through effective training and management.
- Ensure completion of background checks, drug screenings, and all necessary paperwork for new employees prior to their start date.
- Conduct interviews and manage candidate selection processes.
- Address performance and employee relations issues for temporary staff promptly.
- Complete daily activity reports and manage administrative tasks related to hiring and payroll; ensure payroll is processed weekly within deadlines.
- Document all meetings and updates with clients and candidates in the system as required.
- Lead safety meetings and provide weekly training to property teams, ensuring documentation of safety training.
- Regularly attend property meetings to stay informed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients and employees.
- Complete workers' compensation incident reports as necessary and collaborate with the Risk department to resolve claims.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in the staffing industry is essential, with a focus on on-site management.
- Experience within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing skills.
- Experience with online job boards is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% within the local area.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Willingness to undergo a drug test is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and car insurance, along with reliable transportation for work purposes.
