Job Summary
LHH is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our team in Central, IN. This is an opportunity to collaborate with product development and protocol development teams to maintain, improve, and/or lead remediation efforts on existing products in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects and lead product improvements.
- Ensure that the proper design changes are being made and support other teams on cost-reduction projects, supplier changes, material changes, etc.
- Indirectly address and resolve complaints, identify and escalate roadblocks and concerns, create solutions, and lead discussions for product remediation.
- Focus on ensuring proper documentation, technical analyses, and data are available to the team at all times.
- Influence product decisions and maintain timelines within the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of engineering experience involving product development and/or product remediation.
- Must have experience within a manufacturing organization.
- Must possess outstanding technical writing skills.
- Must possess the ability to read and interpret product designs and blueprints.
