Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Sourcing: Leverage the firm's networks to identify and source attractive investment opportunities, working in a team environment to select portfolio company investments.
  • Deal Execution: Manage and review new investment opportunities, including due diligence, deal structuring, and financial analysis.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Participate in portfolio company strategy meetings, providing strategic and management support to drive revenue and EBITDA growth, operational initiatives, and financial reporting.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience at a top Investment Bank or Private Equity Firm, or similar setting.
  • Skills: Fluency in all facets of the private equity investment process, including diligence, financial and business analysis, and transaction negotiation. Advanced skills in Excel/modeling and PowerPoint.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to build and maintain a network of contacts, and to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
