  • Bank Reconciliations: Retrieve and reconcile bank statements for renovation and associated accounts.
  • Financial Analysis: Execute monthly financial assessments and compile schedules for joint venture partners.
  • Cash Flow Oversight: Conduct cash flow analyses and maintain preferred interest schedules.
  • Distributions & Reporting: Administer monthly and quarterly distributions, lender reporting, and capital expenditure schedules.
  • Lender Draws & Capital Requests: Manage various lender draws and capital requests, ensuring precise documentation.
  • Quarterly Financial Reporting: Prepare and revise quarterly reports, including Debt Service Coverage Ratio and debt yield calculations.
  • Vendor Billing & Tax Oversight: Supervise vendor billing, real estate tax payments, and personal property tax submissions.
  • Property Transactions: Oversee the financial components of property transactions, including bank setups and post-closing reconciliations.
