KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective solutions for client challenges
  • Exhibit high-quality workmanship and take pride in your contributions
  • Install, maintain, and repair indoor climate control systems
  • Comply with safety regulations and uphold company values
  • Guide clients on appropriate climate control systems
  • Conduct maintenance, adjustments, and diagnostics of HVAC systems
  • Keep precise service documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in HVAC, with refrigeration expertise being advantageous
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Understanding of heating and cooling principles
  • Willingness to work on-call and overtime as necessary
  • Self-driven and independent
  • Minimum age of 23 with a valid driver's license held for over 3 years
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug tests
