Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Safety Protocols: Lead the development and implementation of safety protocols and environmental programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct Regular Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and Advise Employees: Train and advise employees, contractors, and visitors on HSE protocols, and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Investigate Incidents: Investigate HSE incidents and ensure proper follow-up actions are taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit required safety and environmental reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Hazardous Materials: Manage hazardous materials and ensure proper disposal to minimize environmental risks.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in industrial health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities, incident investigation, and project management skills.
Requirements:
  • US Citizenship or Green Card: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
