About the Role:

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for leading shifts and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. This includes monitoring performance, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor performance and take action to meet McDonald's standards
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift
  • Manage crew and ensure they are meeting their goals
  • Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals

Requirements:

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
