As the Wellness Center Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring that our practitioners and staff deliver exceptional service. Your role includes managing employee responsibilities, cash handling, and maintaining operational compliance, all while fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, inviting atmosphere.
- Manage and support store staff, ensuring comprehensive training and accountability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain operational excellence.
- Prepare weekly schedules and manage payroll accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service and retail management.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
