Culinary Support Team Member

Position Overview:

The primary role of a Culinary Support Team Member is to prepare various food items using established methods to achieve the desired Flavor, Texture, Quality, Yield, and Presentation. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace and assisting in other kitchen areas as needed, while adhering to all safety protocols.

Compensation Details:

This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.93 to $19.00, in addition to participation in a tip pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on teamwork and guest satisfaction while executing tasks.
  • Recognizes the importance of being a collaborative team member.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude towards service.
  • Complies with all Health Department regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Maintains a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Coordinates with the Kitchen Manager regarding supply needs.
  • Completes other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a positive demeanor and works effectively with others.
  • Capable of clear communication in English.
  • Able to accurately follow recipes and utilize measuring tools.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic kitchen setting.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Uniform Guidelines:

  • Wear clean, non-slip footwear.
  • Socks are mandatory.
  • Don clean, non-denim trousers.
  • Wear a clean company-issued shirt and apron.
  • Use a hairnet or company hat.
  • Practice daily hygiene and use deodorant.
  • Utilize company-provided safety equipment.
