Job Summary

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our affordable housing communities. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of our maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding promptly to their maintenance requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the affordable housing sector.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of maintenance and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
