Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
    • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with residents to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with our property management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance functions, including groundskeeping and snow removal, painting, appliance repair, caulking, minor electrical, minor plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, and obtaining bids from vendors.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making.
    • Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior, and integrity.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires frequent lifting, pushing, carrying, or pulling of 20-50 pounds. You will also be required to work in a variety of environments, including office settings and outdoor settings. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a competitive hourly pay range, monthly phone allowance, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.
