Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing employee timesheets, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timekeeping and Payroll Processing: Ensure accuracy in payroll processing by reviewing employee timesheets and processing payroll in a timely manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hourly rates, wages, benefits, and new hire information.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare reports for management and finance departments, and assist with budget management and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Payroll Expertise: Proven experience with high-volume payroll processing and management.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and record management.
