Agricultural Equipment Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team at GPAC. As an Agricultural Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with agricultural equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, including lubrication and oil changes.
  • Identify potential problems and take proactive measures to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Maintain and repair facilities used for equipment operation.
  • Perform basic fabrications as needed.
  • Adhere to common safety practices and procedures.
  • Responsible for following all Company Policies and Procedures, as well as any Local, State and/or Federal Regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to handle physical exertion.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of two years general mechanical experience, preferably with agriculture equipment or heavy equipment.
