Moore Advanced Inc. is seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee sanitation processes in our facility.

Shift: 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Contract Length: Temp to hire

Compensation: $33.50 per hour

Role Overview:
The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing and managing the sanitation of production equipment and the facility to comply with food safety standards mandated by federal, state, and local regulations. This role ensures that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining sanitation quality and departmental efficiency at or above established standards. The supervisor will also support ongoing improvements in Food Safety and Quality programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily sanitation of equipment and facility.
2. Train, plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance; reward and discipline staff; address complaints and resolve issues.
3. Develop and document cleaning protocols, including SSOPs and cleaning logs.
4. Train sanitation personnel on safe equipment operation and disassembly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment.
6. Maintain food safety and quality control standards.
7. Develop and adhere to a Master Sanitation Schedule.
8. Collaborate with management and chemical suppliers to enhance sanitation outcomes and reduce costs.
9. Safeguard products during sanitation processes.
10. Supervise, motivate, and train sanitation and production staff.
11. Coordinate sanitation efforts with R&D and Quality Assurance for production and new product initiatives.
12. Work with Maintenance to address machinery and equipment issues.
13. Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector; sanitation experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as MSDS and safety manuals.
- Proficient in report writing and basic mathematical calculations for cleaning chemical preparation.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred; HACCP certification is a plus.
- 2+ years in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Effective time management and scheduling abilities.
