Position Overview
As the Regional Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a network of locations, leading your team to provide exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and professional individual who can leverage their previous experience to build and manage a high-performing team, supervise daily operations, and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a workplace culture aligned with WizeHire's mission, vision, and values.
- Recruit, interview, select, and develop a suitable number of managers and staff.
- Focus on team development to drive excellence in customer service and operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational trends and forecasts.
- Establish procedures in compliance with HR regulations.
- Mentor and coach staff, including overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
- Encourage employee accountability through consistent feedback.
- Guide employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations.
- Manage employee schedules, including training, attendance, and overtime.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure continuous operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in operations or related fields.
- Strong background in retail or food service industries.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Understanding of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles.
- Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource for the management team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, particularly Excel.
Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $55,000, including base pay and bonuses.
