  • Managing and troubleshooting Windows servers and workstations, both on-site and remotely.
  • Providing Windows system administrative support, including user management, software installation, and system monitoring.
  • Overseeing domain controllers, file servers, application servers, and various cloud resources.
  • Efficiently receiving and triaging customer incidents through the ticketing system.
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures to accurately document all tickets within the ticketing system.
  • Escalating unresolved tickets to the appropriate support tier.
  • Assisting in the configuration of baseline switches, routers, and PCs for deployment.
  • Coordinating equipment preparation and shipping, confirming customer receipt, and validating inventories.
  • Conducting remote site surveys to identify hardware and cabling requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a System Analyst/Administrator role or similar.
  • Possession of an appropriate DoD 8570 Level II certification.
  • Experience in network and patch management.
  • Understanding of system security, data backup/recovery, and network monitoring.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Exceptional customer interaction skills with a focus on delivering positive service support.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
  • DoD Intermediate Certification (Cloud, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC) or equivalent military training as specified in the 8140 qualifications matrix.
  • ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Top Secret-SCI clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years.
  • Willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $80,900-$134,800, influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications.
