Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Lead projects focused on Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost, and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Develop and maintain process control plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering, New Product Introduction, and Quality teams to support new model introductions and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage equipment procurement, oversee project schedules, and ensure budget adherence.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in KPI analysis, data trend interpretation, and root cause identification.
  • Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
