Job Title: Wireless Sales Manager

At Acosta, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of experienced Wireless Sales Professionals to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Professionals to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Conduct daily field visits to ensure excellence and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Analyze performance data and provide regular reports on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Sales Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required.
