Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Network Architect to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our Wireless Network Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining wireless networks across all hospital campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement wireless network architectures to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality for critical applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new devices with wireless capabilities.
  • Educate and mentor team members to elevate their understanding and management of the evolving wireless network landscape.
  • Ensure adequate coverage and service levels are maintained across all facilities, meeting the demands of approximately 75,000 devices.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the wireless and cellular infrastructure supports clinical and operational workflows effectively.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of network level experience in a medium to large network environment (500 to 30,000 nodes) and one (1) year of experience with configuration and troubleshooting of workstation or server network components.
  • Extensive experience in wireless network engineering, including Wi-Fi and cellular technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
