Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to the retail sales team, driving portfolio growth and maintaining sound loan quality and credit administration.
- Lead, coach, and develop Financial Officers to deliver an exceptional customer experience through the delivery of financial services consistent with regional, state, and association goals.
- Collaborate with leaders across the association to support the overall customer experience and sales delivery, driving consistency, work share, and success.
- Develop and implement business development plans, marketplace analysis, and marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion in the assigned region.
- Align regional goals and results with state and association goals, measured by sales numbers, credit quality, credit administration, effective servicing, and financial results.
- Grant authorities, set standards, evaluate performance, correct deficiencies, coach, and develop skills, ensuring effective and efficient review of credit analysis, regulatory compliance, and procedural compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, agriculture, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in financial services, agricultural sales, and/or credit experience, with at least two years in a leadership role or demonstrated skills to lead a team of people.
