This role entails overseeing daily and weekly maintenance tasks, orchestrating preventive maintenance initiatives, and providing support during emergency maintenance situations as required.

The Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor will also take charge of training and onboarding maintenance personnel, alongside maintaining accurate records and work orders. Candidates should be high school graduates with relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications, adept at diagnosing issues related to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment, and exhibiting exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.

Key Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant trade qualification is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or lead capacity within the maintenance domain
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication abilities and a collaborative spirit across various departments
  • Experience handling equipment operating at 480v and above
