About the Role: As an occupational therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with the State of Tennessee Practice Act and Maury Regional Health policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
