About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to develop innovative software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives and ensure adherence to enterprise and architectural standards and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers to develop cutting-edge products
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise and architectural standards and processes
  • Manage resources to solve complex business needs
  • Provide training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectively
  • Encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations
  • Write advanced complex code for computer systems
  • Develop technical standards and perform reviews to ensure standards are followed

Requirements:

  • Possess extensive and experienced Software Development experience spanning over a decade
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership experience
  • Be able to set, communicate, implement, and achieve business objectives and goals through the direct management of others
  • Be able to plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees
  • Be able to provide training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectively
  • Be able to write advanced complex code for computer systems
  • Be able to lead the development of technical standards and perform reviews to ensure standards are followed

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
