Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with department managers to develop staff schedules and assess departmental needs, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Client Focus: Partner with hospital leaders to address challenges and deliver high-quality patient care, conducting routine quality checks and reviews of client records and invoices.
  • Program Advancement: Work with the Hospital Director to drive continuous improvement in hospital programs, maximizing growth and revenue.
  • Change Management: Facilitate positive transformations within the hospital, guiding teams through changes and new initiatives.
  • Resourceful Support: Serve as a vital resource for all departments, providing information and assistance to enhance operations.
  • Policy Innovation: Collaborate in the development and implementation of hospital policies, including monitoring compliance with DEA controlled substance regulations and OSHA standards.
  • Tech Savvy Oversight: Monitor computer systems and equipment, collaborating with our IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • System Expertise: Stay up-to-date with all features and functionalities of Ezyvet and VetRadar, our hospital operating systems, to leverage their capabilities and optimize our workflows.

  • Inventory Control: Support the inventory manager in maintaining effective controls and ensuring costs remain within budgetary limits.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Assist in the management of accounts receivable, focusing on reducing outstanding balances and improving cash flow.
