Director of Perioperative Services

Emanate Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Perioperative Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering improvement in nursing and professional management practices, facilitating quality outcomes of patient care, and providing leadership in the practice environment.
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate nursing professionalism and lead by example
* Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
* 5 years of acute hospital experience; 3 years of leadership experience
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Current license as Registered Nurse in California; BLS certification
