About the Role:
Homewatch CareGivers of Glendora is seeking a highly skilled Office Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. As an Office Director, you will be responsible for directing, administering, and coordinating the business activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client care plans to ensure they are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Develop and execute caregiver schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure policy and procedure compliance, maintaining a high level of quality in our services.
- Oversee all training, including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training, to ensure our caregivers are equipped to provide exceptional care.
- Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Direct care supervision, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our clients.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity in our operations.
- Be available on-call as needed, providing support and guidance to our team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years supervisory or administrative experience.
- 3+ years Home Care experience (preferred).
- Ability to solve problems quickly and independently.
- Understanding of the statutory and administrative rules of the state's regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance within the agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Software experience with Word, Excel, and other applications.
- Ability to pass all background screening.
