Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Strategy Consultant to join our team in Redmond. As a key member of our global operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's vision of achieving Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the automotive or consumer experience sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify process/technology gaps within the dealer environment, develop processes and solutions, and communicate requirements/user stories to the Global Brand & Regional Development team.
  • Evaluate and leverage consumer trends, customer research, and market conditions.
  • Uphold the automotive manufacturing companies core beliefs and behaviors necessary to maintain a productive team culture without inhibiting individuality and personal diversity.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the automotive or consumer experience sectors.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the automotive supply chain in Brazil, including key players, logistics networks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with South American regulations, specific to Brazil, related to automotive manufacturing, environmental standards, and trade.
