Strategic Business Development Lead

As a Strategic Business Development Lead at AG Consulting Partners, Inc., you will be responsible for driving business direction and ensuring the planning process is aligned with corporate goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executing business plans to ensure continuity of operations in all circumstances, in accordance with corporate governance principles
- Designing budgets leveraging knowledge of organizational strategy and planned deliverables
- Monitoring team/organization health and supporting leaders in addressing culture issues and implementing initiatives
Requirements:
- 6+ years' experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques
- Relevant experience working in engineering environments on rhythm-of-business activities, business operations, business management, finance, or similar environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years technology/process improvement experience
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles across stakeholders
- Ecommerce product management experience
- Risk and compliance experience
