Vita Coco is in search of a Brand Ambassador based in Los Angeles, California to energize our emerging brands and become a part of our vibrant team. The Brand Ambassador will report directly to the Field Marketing Manager and must reside in Los Angeles, CA.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Vita Coco in the local community, bringing our brand to life through various sampling initiatives. Your role will focus on encouraging trial of our innovative products, educating consumers about their benefits, and creating memorable first impressions that resonate with consumers and their social circles. Who is the ideal Brand Ambassador? The ideal candidate is adaptable, passionate, sociable, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset along with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a knowledgeable advocate for Vita Coco, sharing insights about the brand and its benefits with the public.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and engage in all facets of Vita Coco.
  • Exhibit expertise in consumer engagement.
  • Adapt your communication style to connect with consumers from diverse backgrounds through engaging and authentic conversations.
  • Tailor each interaction to provide a unique and unforgettable experience for consumers.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Identify potential opportunities for Vita Coco through consumer interactions and event participation.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in various environments.
  • Willingness to travel between multiple locations as required.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Flexible availability based on market needs.
  • Capability to lift product cases weighing between 10-35 pounds.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Job Type: Part-Time (averaging 12-20 hours/week)

Availability: At least 3 days a week, including one weekend day.

Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour
