About the Team & Business Line:

The Transformation Office is dedicated to fostering a continuous capacity for organizational transformation. By uniting expertise across processes, platforms, and business lines, we deliver clear guidance and governance for change, enabling CFS to adapt and grow in response to evolving market conditions, business demands, and client expectations.

As part of the CFS Transformation Office, the Platform Transformation Group is seeking a Platform Manager for Investran. The Platform Manager will collaborate closely with other Transformation Office members, business stakeholders, and platform steering committee members.

As a vital member of our Transformation Office, the Platform Manager will engage with some of the industry's most skilled professionals to provide effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our organization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the platform manager for Investran within the Platform Group of the Transformation Office.
  • Adhere to Investran Release Schedules and monitor new functionalities provided by the vendor.
  • Maintain relationships with the vendor's account and product teams. Participate in user group forums and communicate any development requests from Citco regarding Investran.
  • Ensure ongoing visibility into the platform's value from a licensing and total cost of ownership perspective, comparing it to market alternatives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analyses of Citco's platform usage against vendor best practices.
  • Design, implement, and uphold a best practice strategy for data, integration, workflow, and reporting related to the platform.
  • Coordinate and manage the development and configuration roadmap for Investran systems integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across various lines of business, process owners, and the platform Steering Committee to prioritize the strategic development and configuration roadmap for Investran system integrations.
  • Work with business representatives to secure approval for new or modified functionalities and configurations.
  • Act as an integral part of the Transformation Office, working closely with other platform managers and team members.
  • Engage with key IT personnel, subject matter experts, business analysts, and testing teams throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and plan sponsors to identify system and business process improvements for optimal efficiency and streamlined processing.
  • If applicable, oversee the Investran Platform Team, which consists of subject matter experts who:
    • Provide operational support for Investran.
    • Analyze operational, client, or regulatory needs.
    • Specify new functional or configuration requirements.
    • Understand client-specific or operational needs for Investran functionalities and configurations.
    • Coordinate and participate in workshops with business analysts, development teams, and business representatives to translate business requirements into development and configuration needs.
    • Test newly developed functionalities and configurations, liaising with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team.
    • Educate business users on new system enhancements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, particularly regarding Investran enhancements or functionalities.
  • Ensure the team operates effectively, addressing technical issues and collaborating with management to align personnel with their roles.
  • Coach and develop staff to excel in their current positions and prepare them for leadership roles.
About You:
  • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Have over 10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in fund services.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Investran.
  • Have a strong understanding of Fund Accounting and Property Management Applications.
  • Possess a background in application development and implementations.
  • Have experience leading major core platforms.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills.
  • Have experience supervising and coaching staff.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
