Role Expectations:

We are in search of a Business Manager to enhance operations at an affordable housing community. This is a Full-Time position, offering a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax credit housing.
  • At least 2-3 years of property management experience.
  • Experience with lease-up processes is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A genuine passion for assisting others.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and/or MRI is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance are required.
