Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
- Manage and supervise a team of teachers and staff, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent care and education.
- Oversee the administration of the center, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and community partners to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with state licensing and accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in our programs.
- At least two years of professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children.
- At least one year of center supervisory experience.
- CDA or equivalent ECE credits required.
- Associate's degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
