We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
  • Manage and supervise a team of teachers and staff, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent care and education.
  • Oversee the administration of the center, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and community partners to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with state licensing and accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in our programs.
Requirements
  • At least two years of professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children.
  • At least one year of center supervisory experience.
  • CDA or equivalent ECE credits required.
  • Associate's degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
