Nurse Care Manager for Acute Patient Populations

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Care Manager to join our OBS/Short Stay Unit at Catholic Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care to some of the most acute patient populations.
Job SummaryThe OBS/Short Stay unit is a 20-bed short-stay unit where patients are cared for while awaiting lab results or further evaluation. This is a full-time position consisting of alternating 12-hour shifts, offering a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination, and review of clinical data.
- Employ your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes.
- Care for a diverse patient population with a variety of medical needs.
- Be an integral part of our Bariatric Center of Excellence, contributing to positive patient experiences.
- Receive specialized training through AACN for Cardiac Monitoring, enhancing your skills and expertise.
- 1 year of experience as a RN
- Experience in an acute care setting is highly preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
- BSN strongly preferred
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits for Per Diem employees and free parking for all staff members.
