Our patient population is from newborn to elderly from all socioeconomic backgrounds. We deal with many immigrant patients.
A typical day as a Family Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care will include a mix of wellness, acute care and chronic disease management. As a team, we are supportive and open to one another. There is a great sense of satisfaction in making a difference for others.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. If you value work life balance and want a job that does not require weekends, nights or holidays, we may be the right fit for you.
This is a great place for a provider to get exposed to the full range that family practice allows along with being able to manage their own panel of patients. The diversity and challenges of the patient population allows one to navigate the different factors that impact a patients' wellness.
